    Job DescriptionJob Description

    Sell residential and commercial roofing, exterior restoration, coatings, and construction services by generating leads, inspecting properties, educating customers, creating estimates, and closing contracts. Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, HOAs, and commercial clients while helping customers navigate insurance claims, financing options, and retail construction solutions. Maintain follow-up through the CRM, coordinate with production teams, and drive revenue growth through strong customer service and sales performance.


    An ideal Candidate:

    Is independent-minded and able to self manageHas 3 or more years of sales experienceIs proactive in pursuing his/her own goalsHas confidence that they deserve and will earn a 6-figure annual incomeHas reliable and presentable transportation, and a valid drivers licenseIs physically able to spend time outdoors, carry and position a ladder, and inspect roofsIs articulate, and able to clearly present information as neededHas above average time management skills, is habitually punctual


    Our Sales Training Program consists of two phases of assessment, training and development. The first phase includes a combination of classroom training and lead generation and lasts between two to four weeks depending on your ability. Here you will learn the basics of our industry, enough to effectively communicate with your assigned trainer and your future clients and learn if this is something you truly want to do. The second phase is between 30 and 90 days, during which you will be assigned a Sales Trainer. Your trainer will be responsible for working with you, shoulder to shoulder, in the field until you demonstrate that you have become comfortable with the job. Once your trainer and you agree that you are prepared to handle the rigor and complexity of being an independent Sales Rep, you will be set loose!


    What is it like to be an independent Sales Rep?

    An average Sales Rep will work six days a week, always have their phone at their side ready to answer calls from their clients, and will spend most of their working days meeting with clients, securing new business, or reviewing their existing clients' needs. Once training is complete, a Sales Rep is entirely self managed, setting their own hours and directing their own daily activities. It is not an easy job, and it takes a particular combination of grit and ingenuity to last in this industry, but those who do enjoy a financial freedom that is difficult to come by in today's economy.
