    We are seeking a Senior Process Safety Engineer to lead and improve Process Safety Management (PSM) programs within a Chemical Processing/Chemical Products Manufacturing environment, for a key role that serves as the site's process safety expert, partnering with operations, engineering, maintenance, and project teams to reduce risk, maintain regulatory compliance, and support safe, reliable operations.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and continuously improve facility Process Safety Management (PSM) systems.Manage key process safety programs, including Management of Change (MOC), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), LOPA, and risk assessments.Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and applicable industry standards.Support capital projects, process modifications, and implementation of safer process designs.Conduct hazard assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.Lead process safety incident investigations and implement corrective actions.Track and analyze process safety performance metrics and report findings to leadership.Develop operating procedures for new or modified processes.Train and mentor engineering and operations personnel on process safety best practices.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.7+ years of process safety experience in chemical manufacturing or related process industries.Strong knowledge of PSM, HAZOP, LOPA, risk assessment methodologies, and safety instrumented systems.Experience supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness.Familiarity with process risk modeling and consequence analysis tools.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    Position Overview
    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and ground-up construction projects, with a focus on healthcare facilities. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.     Key Responsibilities

    Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, including ground-up projects; experience in healthcare construction strongly preferred.Proven track record managing projects ranging in size and complexity, with documented on-time and on-budget delivery.Strong knowledge of construction methods, means and materials, scheduling (Critical Path Method), and cost control practices.Familiarity with healthcare-specific construction requirements, including infection control protocols, MEP coordination, and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.Proficient with project management and construction software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar) and Microsoft Office suite.Relevant certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or OSHA 30 are a plus.Valid drivers license; willingness to travel to job sites as required.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead schematic capture and PCB layout for high-density, mixed-signal PCBs using Altium and related toolchains.Architect and implement FPGA solutions using HDL (VHDL/Verilog); integrate FPGA development into system-level designs and perform simulation and timing closure.Develop, review, and maintain embedded software in C/C++ and write Python scripts for test automation, data analysis, and tooling.Perform signal integrity and power integrity analysis using tools such as SPICE and HyperLynx; run thermal integrity analyses to validate designs under real-world conditions.Design and validate mixed-signal interfaces (ADC/DAC, high-speed SERDES, clocking, power delivery) and manage analog/digital partitioning.Plan and execute prototype bring-up, debug complex hardware and firmware interactions, and lead lab characterization and validation campaigns using LabView and instrumentation.Define and enforce DFM/DFT practices, participate in supplier selection, create producible BOMs, and support manufacturing handoff.Prepare design documentation, verification plans, test procedures, and regulatory artifacts as required for compliance with ISO 13485, IEC 60601, or other industry standards.Mentor and coach junior engineers, lead design reviews, perform code and schematic reviews, and establish engineering best practices.Provide field support for complex issues, root-cause analysis, and post-production problem resolution.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 6+ years of professional experience in electronic product development.Proven hands-on PCB design experience for high-density boards using Altium Designer.Strong FPGA development background with HDL (VHDL and/or Verilog) and experience with FPGA toolflows and timing analysis.Embedded software development experience in C/C++ and scripting with Python for tools, test, and automation.Demonstrated experience in mixed-signal integration, including analog/digital interfaces, power supplies, and high-speed signaling.Proficiency with signal integrity and power integrity analysis tools (SPICE, HyperLynx) and thermal integrity analysis methods.Practical lab skills with test equipment and test frameworks; experience developing automated tests with LabView is a plus.Experience working on regulated products and knowledge of ISO 13485 and IEC 60601 is highly desirable.Strong documentation, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills; experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews.Familiarity with manufacturing processes, DFM/DFT considerations, supplier engagement, and production support.
