???? Translate Design into Reality
Develop accurate, timely, and technically sound quotations from electrical drawings and specifications Interpret one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and system intent to define scope and performance⚙️ Own the Application
Evaluate how systems perform under normal and emergency power conditionsApply and ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, IBC, UL 924, and related standards Identify design gaps, inconsistencies, and potential compliance risks early???? Be the Technical Bridge
Work closely with sales, engineering, and customers to clarify requirements and align solutions Translate technical concepts into practical, real-world applications Support customer-facing technical discussions when needed (no selling required)????️ Solve Real Problems

3+ years in electrical, lighting, or technical applications (or similar environment) Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsWorking knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distributionFamiliarity with NFPA, NEC, IBC (UL exposure a plus) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Clear, confident communication—technical and practicalPreferred

Position Overview:
As a critical member of our team, the Buyer Planner is responsible for fulfilling various purchasing and forecasting tasks. This role requires previous purchasing experience and ERP/MRP experience. Though independent and team efforts, this role supports the Supply Chain Manager while ensuring production has the necessary supplies through timely and cost effective processes. The role will work closely with production, accounting, sales and engineering to maintain the flow of business.
Position Duties and Responsibilities: (includes but is not limited to)
Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on reports generated through ERP systems.Track and expedite purchase orders as required, keeping ERP systems up to date.Manage operating supplies and support services to support day to day requirements.In conjunction with Manager, understand, analyze and interpret MRP signals and take appropriate actions.Select suppliers and negotiate with same to provide optimal pricing and service.Support Manager with forecasts and plans assigned commodities at the SKU level.Generates and maintains re-order point (ROP) for new and existing SKU’s.Works with production management to resolve material shortages.If requested by Manager, help with coordinating ocean freight with suppliers and freight forwarders.Builds and maintains relationships based on competence, respect, and trust with suppliers.Assists in the preparation and analysis of data required to support Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) as required by the Supply Chain Manager.Performs numerous and varied clerical and analytical tasks as needed.Additional duties as assigned.Talents and Qualifications (Required):

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SAP/B1 software beneficial but not required.Familiarity with Product Configurator software beneficial but not required.Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
