    Job Overview:

    As the Senior Account Manager you will lead the team responsible for maintaining a profitable and healthy business with key customers; including but not limited to: Ulta, Ulta Mexico & Sephora Canada. You will be responsible for delivering growth through maximizing core while expanding new distribution for the Eva NYC portfolio. You will be an expert of Eva brand strategies and product portfolios to work in conjunction with their team and internal business partners to create and execute a winning 4P strategy for the customer. You will have full ownership of all levels of their sales channel P&L.

    Location: Chicago, IL (must have the right to live and work in the US)
    Salary: up to $120,000 DOE + bonus

    Responsibilities:

    Own full customer account strategy (short- and long-term) to drive joint business plans, revenue, and profit growth.Lead joint business planning, assortment strategy, promo calendars in partnership with Trade, Marketing & FinanceBuild and maintain strong retailer partnerships, negotiating terms and delivering win/win business solutions.Lead forecasting, distribution, merchandising, and profitability to ensure healthy account performance.Develop and present strategic sales plans, including MBRs/QBRs, with actionable insights from data analysis.Partner cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, teams to maximize execution.Lead promotional planning, events, and sell-in strategies to maximize sales opportunities.Monitor category and competitive trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.Build tools, reporting, and processes that improve forecasting, tracking, and decision-making.Support special projects and provide ad-hoc analysis to inform leadership decisions
    Requirements:

    Job Overview:

    As the Project Manager, you'll report to the Procurement and Commercialization Manager and collaborate with internal stakeholders from different departments. Your role involves ensuring the successful completion of projects and overseeing the strategic project framework for new brand initiatives.

    To excel, you'll need to be a proactive problem solver, adept at managing team dynamics, communicating effectively, mitigating risks, and ensuring project deliverables meet deadlines. Your contribution is crucial for providing clarity and momentum to drive key brand initiatives forward in a timely and cohesive manner.

    Location: New York City (hybrid)
    Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + bonus

    Responsibilities:

    Project Management of all product launches to support the brand's new and/or changed products, packaging, promotional launches, overseeing and/or facilitating all phases of the development life cycleFacilitate in defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop and manage customized project plans and timelinesCollaborate with and help drive the seamless flow of communication between cross-functional teams to control project changes, minimize risks, and keep the team accountable for their deliverablesAssess project risks and process opportunities to initiate action plans as necessaryResolve all timeline issues and negotiate with impacted departments to develop tactical risk mitigation plans to bring the projects back on trackLead weekly meetings with cross-functional teams and external vendor partners, highlighting status, risks, and deadlinesParticipate in special projects as neededContribute to the development of best practices and standard work
    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field (PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus)4+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably within beauty, haircare, wellness, or personal care industriesAdvanced proficiency in project management tools and workflow systems, with demonstrated ability to implement and optimize PM best practicesStrong understanding of product lifecycle management, including formulation, packaging development, regulatory considerations, production timelinesExceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDemonstrated ability to identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate trade-offs effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting project updates and timelines to leadership teams
