Educate guests on our exclusive 4 Step to Gorgeous Process™ and the benefits of our services.Showcase our product portfolio, Strut 365™, through engaging demonstrations.Promote the value and savings of our Wax Passes while emphasizing the importance of waxing consistency.Keep guests informed about current in-center promotions and drive sales through referrals and pre-bookings.Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and actively participate in community events and outreach to boost brand awareness.Perform precise waxing services ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.Personalize guest experiences by using EWC terminology and tailoring interactions to individual preferences.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the wax suite and throughout the center to uphold our commitment to excellence.Stay informed about necessary procedures and contraindications to prioritize guest safety and well-being.What We Offer:
