We are an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in College Park MD, working primarily with MD Medicaid recipients that seek mental health, therapy, psychiatry, and rehabilitation services. We are currently looking for an on-site, front Desk Receptionist/Administrator Assistant.
Candidate/s we are seeking have the following attributes and skills;
- Extensive experience and familiarity with Excel, and creating and working with Excel Spreadsheets
- Friendly persona and phone voice, good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Data Entry
- Great Organizational Skills
- Ability to Multi-task, a fast learner, able to pick up and retain information quickly
- Has good people skills, Professional, able to work effectively with others on the team team
- Adheres to, and familiar with confidentiality practices and HIPPA
- Punctual and proactive. Able to complete tasks that are assigned.
