Role Overview We are hiring high-energy Residential Electrical Professinal to support rapid, large-scale apartment turnovers across three properties located within close walking distance in downtown State College. Each property has different unit counts, layouts, and turnover intensity, requiring flexibility and the ability to shift quickly between tasks, buildings, and priorities. During peak periods, teams may move through 100 to 200 units within short periods of time, depending on scope. The work is structured, operational, and deadline-driven. This is not slow maintenance. It is organized, physical, and fast.
