BASIC FUNCTION: The Spa Attendant greets clients and introduces the facilities and program components to individuals and groups. Furthermore, the attendant monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Greeting clients as they enter the Sports & Fitness Center.Providing clients with tours and information related to the Sports and Fitness Center and its features.Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.Answering the telephone identifying yourself, your department, and offering assistance.Taking appointments either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.Following daily checklist as detailed on Spa's whiteboard.Maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance, which includes wearing a clean and well-kept uniform, and nametag.Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.Keeping men's/ladies spas and fitness center clean, orderly, and well stocked with necessary items.Making sure tennis courts and sports court are maintained (fresh water and ice; trash and loose balls picked up).MARIGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to work assigned shift/work schedule.Ability to carry out tasks, written or verbal, as assigned by Management.QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.Computer knowledge.Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 50 lbs. (NOTE: sports and fitness equipment).Benefits:

BASIC FUNCTION: The Night Auditor will ensure that all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist other Night Audit staff to ensure accurate and timely recording of daily outlet totals that information is recorded properly.Assist in the closing of daily work for all outlets and posting correct daily totals. Balance Maestro Room Charges with Micros & Pars Room & House Charge Totals.Perform daily backups on systems and perform any necessary maintenance when situations arise.Input all POS summary information into daily excel revenue spreadsheet & post daily revenue into CSS, accounting software.Balance daily credit card postings and transmit through the Guest Plus & PB Admin systems for settlement.Provide backup for Front Office and Communications during their scheduled breaks and provide assistance as needed.Insure proper distribution of daily reports in a timely manner and that all accounting reports are filed away properly.Notify proper outlets when discrepancies arise. Follow up with the Night Audit Supervisor and document situations.Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies.MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to any reasonable task assigned by Assistant Controller, Night Audit Supervisor, and Income Auditor.In the absence of Night Audit Supervisor, be responsible for all aspects of the nightly audit functions.QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

About the Role
The Essex Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for a community-minded, content-savvy individual with strong social media skills and a passion for local engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will split their time between the resort and their sister property, the Essex Experience, supporting both entities by working on a variety of marketing initiatives with a strong focus on community outreach and digital presence.
Essential Functions
Manage and execute social media content for The Essex Resort & Spa, Essex Kitchen, The Essex Experience, and Double E.Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms.Capture photo and video content showcasing hospitality, dining, spa, retail, entertainment, and special events.Monitor social media channels and respond to guest inquiries and engagement in a timely manner.Maintain the content calendar and organize marketing assets.Coordinate donation requests and sponsorship fulfillment.Assist with the creation and updating of marketing materials, including menus, signage, flyers, and Canva-based graphics.Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives while maintaining brand standards.Marginal Functions
Assist with on-property photo and video shoots.Support marketing events and community outreach initiatives.Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications
Education
Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.Knowledge, Training & Skills
Experience managing business social media accounts (professional experience required; personal social media experience alone is not sufficient).Strong photography and short-form video creation skills.Proficiency in Canva is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) is nice to have!Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic graphic design and copywriting skills.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesWork Experience
