    Essel is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Electrical Building Inspector to join our team. As an Electrical Building Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations on construction projects. You will conduct inspections, review electrical plans, and provide guidance to contractors and builders.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform electrical inspections on new construction, remodels, and additions

    Review electrical plans, specifications, and calculations for compliance

    Enforce electrical codes and regulations

    Identify and document any electrical code violations or deficiencies

    Provide guidance and clarification to contractors and builders on electrical requirements

    Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records

    Requirements

    Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Building Inspector

    Knowledge of local and national electrical codes and regulations

    Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction methods

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to interpret electrical plans and specifications

    Attention to detail and ability to identify code violations or deficiencies

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Professional certifications or licenses preferred
