Responsibilities Play a key role in keeping the appointment schedule accurate and on track across multiple markets. Ensure customers are fully prepared for their scheduled visits. Manage and update calendars to ensure accurate scheduling. Handle both inbound and outbound calls to verify details. Communicate and coordinate with Sales Consultants across multiple markets. Perform accurate data entry across several platforms. Follow up on canceled or rescheduled leads to maximize appointment success. Qualifications Prior Call Center experience is required. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly demeanor. Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications. At least 2 years of data entry experience.
