    Purpose and Scope:We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to help lead a key initiative within the healthcare technology sector. This role is ideal for a leader who combines a strategic mindset with practical, hands-on management skills. The successful candidate will be experienced in driving program outcomes that align with client needs and organizational goals, particularly in environments involving Salesforce implementations and CMS agency engagements.

Review spectrum characteristics of proposed customer C-E equipment to determine emission characteristics and strength in the radio spectrum. Determine compliance with customer, National, and International spectrum certification regulations. Perform engineering analysis and assess the accuracy of technical equipment data based on radar and communications theory, including satellite systems. Acquire complete and accurate information regarding the technical characteristics and operational deployment of customer electronic equipment requiring certification and spectrum support. Determine compliance of proposed equipment design with military standards, International Radio Regulations, and Office of Telecommunications Policy (OTP) criteria for electromagnetic interference (EMI) control. Assess susceptibility of proposed developments to harmful radio interference and evaluate EMI impacts on existing systems in the operational environment. Provide recommendations for spectrum signature measurements or detailed interference studies and monitor their progress. Plan, execute, and finalize contract deliverables in accordance with task order requirements. Manage available resources, establish priorities, and develop schedules to ensure timely task completion. Provide subject matter expertise in support of contract-related tasks. Oversee all aspects of contract support, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Requirements:Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Ten (10) plus years of experience in work related to the duties described above. Familiarity with DoN, DoD, National, and International spectrum certification regulations. Strong knowledge of EMI control standards and radio frequency engineering principles. Proven experience managing complex contracts and technical deliverables. Active secret clearance as required by the US Government contract Working Environment:
