You will contribute by:
Reviewing any gaps in expected margin based on current partner tariffs for their assigned area of responsibility. Negotiate rates within the budgeted freight margin with carriers and make tariff recommendations to their supervisor to address any profitability concerns.
Maintaining system data integrity by ensuring rates and capacities are updated regularly. Managing load filters to ensure all loads are tendered with an agreed upon rate, and maintaining proper system records to reflect accurate and current Line Haul for all active carriers.
Using established on time delivery data, and DAT Market rates, the analyst reviews individual lanes per their assigned area of responsibility to determine which carrier(s) is best utilized on each lane.
Developing and maintaining relationships with both asset carriers and brokers. Leveraging relationships to ensure the profitable and timely delivery of freight.
Communicating with carriers to ensure on time delivery. Address any delivery concerns and issues, ensuring the correct business partners are aware and can advise on next steps.
Accessorial requests are to be processed timely, within 48 hours of receipt, to ensure accurate and timely carrier invoicing.
Provide coverage at clerk window when necessary

Picking various items by using order sheets or an audio headsetStacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doorsEnsuring accuracy to orders while adhering to our safety standardsOperating a double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases of products from storage rack & place on pallet and apply selection labels to appropriate cases (not in all cases)Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure safety of product to prevent damagesInforming Supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or descriptionPerforming equipment inspections & completion of appropriate formFrequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levelsHaving the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating proceduresWhat’s a great way to stay in shape?

3rd Shift - Fulltime - 630pm start time until work is complete
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail
You will contribute by:
Operate an electric riding pallet jack.
Assist in unloading cross dock trailers.
Ensure the flow of pallets from the staging area to their appropriate doors is being accomplished.
Load, unload, and move materials onto trucks for shipment out of warehouse facility.
Monitor pallet construction and ensure load quality.
Prioritize work within your assigned zone.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
