    Join our Team About this opportunity: Ericsson invites spirited candidates to fill the dynamic role of Field Services Coordinator. This pivotal role encompasses the coordination, management, and execution of Field Services activities. In conjuction with Operations and Engineering, you will be of vital importance in ensuring that services provided to our dedicated customers are continuously available and adhere to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. As a mostly in-site role, you will be vital to both Operations functions and SIP functions, especially in the wake of engineering or deployment activities. You will also be expected to oversee the execution of work within Project Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements. What you will do: * Execute Corrective Maintenance. * Conduct visual inspections of the work area to detect safety issues. * Prepare site-specific Risk Assessments. * Ensure that appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and properly used at all times on site. * Handle Site Facility Management tasks. * Negotiate Onsite landlord interactions. * Oversee Site Environment and Maintenance projects. * Supervise 3rd party on-site activities. * Report OHS incidents and near misses immediately using the reporting tool. * Activate/Deactivate services on-site. * Coordinate Planned Maintenance Schedules. * Execute Preventive Maintenance. * Manage Preventive Maintenance Check List. * Oversee Physical Site Access Management. * Uphold Site Security Instructions. * Escalate Site Security Incidents. * Protect site from unauthorized access. Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. * Texas: $57,500 - $75,600 Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (select STV or SIP): Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. Your Health Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents. Your Financial Security We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits.     Overview The MA Privacy Director (MAPD) is the regional privacy lead for the Market Area. The role supports and advises stakeholders – including legal counsels, DPOs, management, security, and sales – in implementing Ericsson’s global privacy framework (the Framework). The MAPD brings key stakeholders together, fosters accountability, and drives local monitoring through the common privacy posture methodology used for Market Area oversight. The focus is on enabling effective local implementation of the Framework, aligned with the three-lines‑of‑defence model, and on strengthening local ownership by providing specialist support and training so local teams understand the requirements and expectations. What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Local Framework Implementation Build and maintain a strong network of country, functional and CU privacy advisors, managers and/or lawyers to ensure the privacy strategy, templates and standards within the Framework are understood, accessible and used. Advise locally responsible stakeholders on measures required for effective local implementation of the Framework, based on their specific operational context. Promote clarity of roles and responsibilities in line with the three-lines‑of‑defence structure to enable consistent and accountable implementation across the Market Area. Risk Management Support the identification, assessment and documentation of privacy risks, ensuring alignment with the enterprise risk framework. Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of applicable laws and regulations relevant to Market Area business activities. Advise on questions related to privacy processes within OneTrust to ensure global consistency and alignment. Coordination and Reporting Serve as a central point of contact for privacy advisors, managers and CU Legal on Market Area privacy matters. Report and elevate privacy‑related risks to the Chief Privacy Officer and the MA Head of Legal in a structured and timely manner. Keep privacy advisors and the MA Head of Legal informed of relevant privacy developments, Framework updates and regulatory changes. Support the preparation and delivery of regular updates to Market Area management and other stakeholders on privacy risks, compliance posture and Framework implementation progress. Leadership and Organization Report to the Chief Privacy Officer as part of the GFLA Privacy team, contributing to the overall direction and maturity of Ericsson’s global privacy program. Collaborate closely with the MA Head of Legal, maintaining an active dialogue on regulatory developments, emerging risks and local implementation priorities. Strengthen local ownership and accountability by providing specialist support from the GFLA team while empowering local teams to understand and meet Framework expectations. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business lawyer and/or compliance officer, with a focus on regulatory or privacy‑related work. Demonstrated experience with privacy regulations and privacy compliance in North America, Canada and South America, and solid knowledge of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related security and privacy regulations. Clear interest in data, technology and security, and how these intersect with privacy. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both legal and non‑legal audiences. Preferred Qualifications IAPP certification (for example CIPM, CIPP/A, CIPP/E) or equivalent is highly recommended. Strong business understanding, ideally from working in multinational, regulated industries. Proven networking and relationship‑building skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at different levels and across cultures. International experience (for example working across multiple countries or regions) is an advantage. Ability to independently handle and manage legal and compliance matters and prioritize conflicting demands from multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment. High level of integrity, with strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. Collaborative, proactive team player who initiates and drives improvements and change. Strong knowledge of and interest in emerging technologies and their privacy implications. Second language (for example Spanish or Portuguese) is desirable.
