Youll work directly with Industrial Athletes (employees) onsite at a manufacturing facilityhelping them perform at their best while preventing injuries before they happen.
Your impact will include:
Early injury intervention and symptom managementErgonomic assessments (office & industrial environments)Body mechanics training and job coachingMovement screenings and posture analysisStretching and work conditioning program developmentDelivering engaging presentations to employees and leadershipPartnering with Safety & EHS teams on injury prevention strategiesThis is a hands-on, people-focused role where youll be visible, valued, and able to make a difference every single day.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training, Occupational Health, or related field
(PTA/OTA candidates encouraged to apply)Industrial or clinical experience preferredCPR Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Strong communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPassion for injury prevention and helping othersRequirements:
Valid Indiana Drivers License & reliable transportationWillingness to travel 2 days per week (reimbursed)Strong computer and documentation skillsAbility to pass drug screen and background checkBenefits:
