Legal Clerk (Encino, CA)
compensation: Starts at $20 per hour (negotiable) depends on experience. (We will train you).

Our law office is seeking for a reliable, punctual, and friendly individual to be part of our team.
This person will need to have excellent diction, a pleasant personality, basic computer and typing skills and must be bilingual (Spanish and English). We are looking for a full time entry-level clerk.
Prior office experience is a plus but not required. We will train you.
Applicant must be able to commit a minimum of 1 year or more.
Duties to include:
- Communication with clients regarding documents that are needed for their cases. (Spanish is a must).
-Typing and creating new files
-Data entry
-Filing, copying, scanning
-Processing incoming/outgoing mail
-Document preparation/assembly
-Communication with attorneys
-Checking and/or forwarding e-mail and e-faxes
-Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
-Previous phone experience
-Ability to multi-task
-Good written and verbal communication
-Basic Computer experience
Compensation:
Compensation depends on experience.
$20 an hour while in training.
