    Job Description

    - In this Talent Engagement role, you will be an integral part of the

    - Operational team, responsible for greeting clients and managing the reception area, client outreach, and appointment scheduling.

    - In this role, it is integral that you manage client information in the database and see each client through to completion.

    - You will support management by gathering needed data and generating reports.

    - In this role, you will also assist with new participant orientations and assembling all necessary informational materials or packets.  

    - Respond to business phones including directing callers to appropriate staff, responding to voicemail messages within 24 hours of receipt, scheduling client appointments and reaching out to clients who fail to report for appointments

    - Seek out process improvements to improve the company

    - Manage and direct office communications

    • Contribute in team member role(s) to ensure that the Workforce Development Board performance standards are met and/or exceeded, and compliance with Federal, State, and Workforce Center rules and regulations.

    Job Description

    The Talent Development Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality work readiness interventions that improve the soft and hard skills of program participants. The effectiveness of the interventions will be measured by improving the job readiness score of students engaged in services

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    Display the ability to work with a variety of cultures, languages, educational and economic backgrounds in a classroom settingCoordinate individual instruction in an orderly and professional manner at all timesFacilitate CASAS assessment to identify customer's reading and math proficiencyImprove the job readiness score of students in workshops and deliver a pipeline of work ready customers to staffIntroduce Company and other tools in the classroom (Resume-Pro, Company Academy, General Education Diploma Academy, Money-Skill, Project Chief Executive Officer)Ensure that individual participants complete and turn in assignments as scheduledConduct follow-up outreach to students not engaged in classroom activities and document efforts in program issues systems Maintain student's assessments in files and student databaseWork well in teams, business customers and other staff Able to communicate effectively to both oral and writtenAdditional duties as assignedQualifications

    - Related Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    - Demonstrated customer service skills.

    - Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.

    - Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends.

    -Experienced in work-readiness training: resume building, interviewing skills, job search.

    -Passion in the teaching/educating space.

    - Public speaking experience.

    - Demonstrated computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office software programs
