Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems Present repair options to homeowners and close on the spot Maintain accurate service documentation Keep your truck stocked and ready for the next callWhat You'll Bring
1+ year residential HVAC service experience EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred) Valid driver's license with clean record Live within 30 miles of Charlotte, NC Strong diagnostic skills and customer-first attitudePay Structure
Hourly base varies by shift:
Day (Mon - Fri, 8a-5p): $20/hr + $1.00/hr per year of experience Night (Mon-Fri, 12pm-9pm): $22/hr + $1.50/hr per year of experience Weekend (4 10 or 3 12): $24/hr + $2.50/hr per year of experience
Commission on top:
10-12% on repairs (paid when deposit collected) Same-day flip bonuses up to 4% Top techs earning $150K+Benefits
