Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 7A-7P and 7P-7A
Competitive pay starting at $26 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Care That Matters: Provide attentive, resident-centered nursing care that supports the whole person.
Lead and Inspire: Support CNAs, CMAs, Ward Clerks, and Restorative Aides while helping create a positive, team-first environment.
Keep Everyone Connected: Communicate care plans clearly with staff, residents, and families.
Stay One Step Ahead: Monitor resident conditions, prioritize care, and report changes or concerns promptly.
Hands-On Nursing: Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with IV care and tube feedings as needed.
Stay Organized: Complete accurate documentation and maintain clinical records in line with policies and regulations.
Be a Trusted Point of Contact: Offer families reassurance, updates, and compassionate communication.
Champion Safety: Promote safety, privacy, and dignity in everything you do.
Grow the Team: Help orient and mentor new team members through training and hands-on support.
What You Bring
Active LPN or RN license
At least two years of nursing experience, including leadership or charge nurse responsibilities.
Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association).
A warm, approachable communication style and a team-oriented mindset.
A passion for mentoring others and delivering excellent resident care.
Knowledge of long-term care regulations is a plus.
