About the Role:
We are looking for a General Manager with the vision and grit to oversee our operational heart. You’ll be the strategic engine driving our growth, balancing the art of Southern hospitality with the science of a sharp P&L.

What You Bring to the TableThe Essentials:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business (or equivalent industry street-smarts).
Experience: At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality and food service world.
The "Numbers" Mindset: A proven track record of managing P&L and mastering cost controls without sacrificing quality.
Sales Savvy: Experience landing corporate accounts and managing high-stakes projects.
The Epting Edge (Preferred):
An advanced degree (MBA or similar) or professional hospitality certifications.
Experience managing large-scale operations or multiple properties.
A tech-forward approach to modern hospitality systems.
A knack for designing incentive programs that actually work.

The Huddle: Collaborate with the Sales team to dive deep into event details and nail those "must-have" moments.
Master the Logistics: Review timelines and equipment sheets with a fine-toothed comb to ensure nothing is left behind.
Gear Up: Prep catering equipment and coordinate with our Executive Chef and kitchen crew to get the feast (and the gear) safely to its destination.
On-Site General: Captain our catering crew during the event, leading by example and keeping the floor moving smoothly.
