Position Overview
Epoxy Depot is seeking an experienced Store Lead to manage and grow our Jacksonville location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with the ability to build customer relationships, drive revenue, and oversee daily store operations. Experience in epoxy flooring, coatings, or a related industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
The selected candidate will complete approximately one month of paid training at another Epoxy Depot location before assuming responsibility for the Jacksonville store.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and customer service.Drive sales growth and develop relationships with contractors and customers.Maintain inventory, receive shipments, and keep the store organized.Process sales transactions and assist customers with product selection.Support hiring, training, and supervision of future store staff.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.Qualifications
Strong sales experience required.Previous management or leadership experience required.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Epoxy flooring, coatings, or construction industry experience preferred but not required.Benefits

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage warehouse staff, and help ensure efficient production and shipping processes.
Responsibilities
