    Overview If you have a passion for tech sales, experience selling enterprise IT solutions, and excel at building long-term relationships, this role is for you! Join ePlus as an Account Executive and be a key player in driving technology solutions that transform businesses. You will engage with clients across diverse industries, utilizing innovative solutions to solve complex challenges. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to sell a diverse portfolio of services and products from leading technology vendors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and enterprise solutions providers. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include:  * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth including new account relationships  * Achieve growth objectives through prospecting, active lead management, and relationship building with Mid-Tier and Fortune 1000 companies  * Maintain and grow existing client revenues through cross-selling of ePlus core competencies  * Establish and maintain manufacturer/partner relationships to develop joint sales opportunities  * Implement an ongoing account management plan, including leveraging all specialized resources  * Provide monthly forecast and quarterly reviews for assigned territory  * Travel up to 30% may be required, with the majority limited to the local territory. A smaller portion may involve air travel as needed.   Qualifications * Proven success selling to Managed Accounts at the CXO and VP levels * Minimum of 5 years of experience includes selling technology services including data center, cloud, collaboration, network infrastructure, and emerging technologies * Experience selling AI Solutions and Services is a plus * VAR/systems integrator sales and/or direct selling experience with technology OEMs or software companies preferred * Knowledge of e-business solutions environment * Must demonstrate a strong ability to qualify leads, engage new markets, and successfully close new accounts, driving growth and expanding the customer base * Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills * Demonstrated ability to leverage subject matter experts (SMEs) to accelerate and enhance the sales process * Ability to take initiative, self-motivate, and drive sales success independently * BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science or Engineering fields preferred   Why ePlus? Position Specifics The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 and $125,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses. ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. Your contributions will ensure accurate and timely billing operations, enhancing organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: * Manage Support Billing requests with accuracy and timeliness. * Complete invoicing tasks for multiple divisions, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and specialized programs. * Experience with ticket management - ServiceNow * Perform data entry for invoicing tasks, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. * Distribute invoices via print, email, and EDI. * Ensure all necessary attachments and changes are included before sending invoices. * Handle special billing requirements and invoice modifications for customers. * Reprint and resend original invoices as needed. * Apply critical thinking for effective decision-making in short-term and long-term scenarios. * Proactively resolve issues with urgency, engaging necessary business partners. * Cross-train to support Billing department team members as needed. * Maintain accurate procedures and support process improvements. * Provide excellent service to internal and external customers and collaborate effectively with business partners. * Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications * Associate's degree preferred * 3-5 years of experience in a billing or accounting operations/support environment * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Highly organized with the ability to follow standardized procedures. * Familiarity submitting invoices in Ariba and Coupa * Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer creative solutions.
