Read LessEpic Personnel Partners is seeking a highly organized, customer focused Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our busy Bloomfield, CT branch. This position is the face of our office and plays a critical role in supporting our recruiters, employees, clients, and applicants.
Our office interviews approximately 20 applicants each day, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Greet all applicants, employees, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
Conduct initial applicant pre screenings and assist candidates throughout the onboarding process.
Help applicants complete online applications and answer questions as needed.
Process all new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification, W-4 forms, and all onboarding documentation.
Assist with scheduling interviews and drug screens when needed.
Handle employee questions and requests throughout their employment.
Manage daily call offs, attendance updates, and arrival confirmations.
Maintain accurate applicant and employee records.
Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Keep the reception area, interview rooms, and office clean, organized, and professional throughout the day.
Support recruiters and branch leadership with administrative tasks and special projects.
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
Previous administrative, receptionist, staffing, recruiting, customer service, or office experience preferred.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced, high volume office.
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
Professional, dependable, and team oriented.
Positive attitude with a welcoming personality.
