Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, this role leads the day-to-day work of the maintenance team, ensuring the facility, equipment, and grounds are kept in safe, working order. This person plays a hands-on role in keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating repairs, managing priorities, and supporting the team on the floor when needed.
