    Human Resources Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and orientation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and retention. Serve as a resource for employees and management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices. Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.

     

    Human Resources Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team. The BOM will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the facility, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all business office functions.

     

    Business Office Manager (BOM) Key Responsibilities:

    Manage all aspects of the business office, including billing, collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to financial operations and resident billing. Coordinate with insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid to ensure proper billing and reimbursement. Provide training and support to office staff to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures. Collaborate with the facility administrator and other department heads to develop and manage the facility’s budget. Address and resolve any resident or family inquiries related to billing and financial matters.

     

    Business Office Manager (BOM) Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Experience in a business office management role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting. Strong knowledge of billing and reimbursement processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Maintain daily staffing levels based on the established par levels using Smartlinx computer program Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees and clients, both on the phone and in-person Prepare weekly payroll for the whole Nursing Department. Reconcile daily the number of scheduled staff with the number of employees who reported for duty, and make adjustments as necessary

    Job Requirements:

    Staffing Coordinator experience in a nursing and rehabilitation center Ability to multi-task, think on your feet and prioritize in a demanding office environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
