    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    The Residential Manager oversees daily residential operations within an ASAM 3.1 substance use treatment program, supporting team members in providing highquality, personcentered services to residents transitioning through stepdown care. Working closely with clinical and administrative leadership, this role helps ensure smooth operations, clear expectations, and regulatory compliance. This position is wellsuited for a leader who values teamwork, accountability, and making a meaningful impact.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Provide daytoday operational oversight of the residential program to ensure safety, structure, and continuity of careSupervise, support, and schedule Direct Support Professionals to ensure appropriate coverage and accountabilityServe as the primary point of escalation for resident or staff concerns and implement timely resolutionsCollaborate with clinical leadership to align residential operations with treatment services and resident needsEnsure timely and accurate documentation, audits, and compliance with DBHDS, DMAS, ASAM, and organizational standardsSupport admissions, medication administration oversight, drug screening, and resident engagement in scheduled servicesConduct safety checks, facility inspections, and oversee inventory, supplies, and residential systemsProvide crisis intervention and oncall coverage as needed to support program stabilityLead training and development activities for residential staff


    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)Minimum of two (2) years of experience in residential services, behavioral health, or program coordinationAt least one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience in a direct care settingFamiliarity with substance use treatment and traumainformed care principlesKnowledge of DBHDS/DMAS standards and documentation practicesValid drivers license and reliable transportationAbility to successfully complete required background and registry checks
