    Our Day Program is growing and we are looking for the right candidate to join our team. If you have experience leading activities, planning community outings, and/or working at a Day Program, we would love to talk with you about this opportunity!

    The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. This schedule is a firm requirement, so please only apply if you are able to commit to it fully.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Must have a valid driver's license (no temps) At least 21 years of age with 1-3 years of driving experience due to passenger transport job responsibilitiesPrevious experience in passenger transport, including familiarity with accessibility features (lifts, ramps, tie-downs) preferred.Must have under 6 points on driving recordPrevious experience in a Day Program or leading activities/community outingsBackground check & drug screen requiredAbility to drive an accessible transit van for group outings

    Envision has been supporting individuals with disabilities for over 60 years. We are registered non-profit agency. Our Day Program was born during the pandemic when it became evident how crucial these services were for the individuals we support. It has grown beautifully since that time. Individuals attending Envision Day look forward to a variety of activities both on and off campus including: cooking, gardening, crafting, educational, art, music, drama and more! Our Day Program Without Walls initiative incorporates community into the programming through outings and volunteering opportunities. Whether you work at or attend Envision Day, it's sure to make a difference in your day!


    The hourly range is reflective of the base rate of $18 plus $1 hourly add-on for community integration time.

    ABOUT ENVISION

    Envision is a local non-profit agency who has been supporting individuals with disabilities for over 60 years! Our programs provide a variety of customized support services that make it possible for an adolescent or an adult with a developmental disability to live to live a full and vibrant life. This in-person, full-time position is located in the Green Township area (45211). Full Time employees at Envision enjoy:

    POSITIVE OVERVIEW

    This administrative role supports the CEO and Board of Trustees while managing front office operations and daily administrative tasks. As the first point of contact, this role handles inquiries, maintains records, and ensures smooth office functions—contributing to effective communication, governance, and mission-driven operations at Envision. Tasks include:

    Provide administrative support to the President/CEOPerform various duties such as copying, collating, and distributing materialsProvide administrative support to the Envision Board of Trustees, including attending board meetings and recording minutes, sending out Board related communications as directed by the Board and/or the CEO and assisting with Board related functions as assignedAttend and record minutes for Leadership Team meetingsMaintain all contracts including Hamilton County Board of DD Services and other funders of EnvisionRecord all incoming checks and cash, reconcile weekly with Business DepartmentServe as first point of contact for all program referral calls and emails. Facilitate intakes for services and forward information to appropriate programMaintain office supplies for main campusMaintain agency accounts for online vendors, software subscriptions, software tools, etc.Work directly with vendors for phone system, copier/printers, cleaning, postage, shredding, etc.Work closely with maintenance to assure upkeep and cleanliness of all campus buildingsMaintain agency phone system including assigning phone extensions and keeping phone lists updatedReview and proof all newsletters, brochures, etc.Maintain confidentiality when handling documents, processing phone messages, and communicating within and outside the agencyProcess all incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveryServe as first point of contact for visitorsAnswer main phone line and direct calls to appropriate personCompile special reports and project management duties as necessarySupport all Envision efforts to enhance the quality of life for persons with disabilitiesComplete additional duties as assigned

    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Experience providing administrative support to executive leadership in a business or agency settingDiscretion in handling confidential informationGood organizational skills; initiative and willingness to learn new skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAssociate degree or High School diploma + related work experience

    TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

    Strong technical skills, (Microsoft Office Suite, fundraising software, HTML, copywriting)

    WORK SCHEDULE DEMANDS / WORK LOCATION REQUIREMENTS / PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

    Schedule is primarily within standard business hours (8am-5pm) with occasional evenings.Office-basedLight physical effort (lifting/moving up to 25 lbs)Regular use of computers and other office equipment.
