    Job Summary: 
    In this role, you will provide technical oversight of the project’s ES&H compliance activities through inspection of project field execution activities. You will assist project and construction management in implementing and complying with project safety requirements and in addressing ES&H issues as they arise during project execution. You will work directly with other project-level functions (e.g., engineering, construction, subcontracts, procurement, project controls, document controls) to assist them in addressing the applicable ES&H requirements in their work activities and conduct daily site surveillance to verify adequate use of PPE, routine equipment inspections, project ES&H initiatives.
    Major Responsibilities:Provides assistance in a wide variety of Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) disciplines to facilitate implementation of company's ES&H program and ES&H Management System to include aiding compliance with company's ES&H standards, applicable regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs, systems, and procedures necessary for the safety and health of employees and protection of the environment and communities.Maintains ES&H databases, inclusive of incident events, audit/assessment findings, and corrective actions.Performs statistical analysis of ES&H data to help identify performance trends and contributing factors as part of continuous improvement.Identifies and supports any unique software systems and electronic innovation used by ES&H personnel.Leads teams in conducting risk assessment, studies, mitigation planning, and monitoring in response to ES&H issues.Prepares communications, writes reports, and prepares documents for program execution and records retention.Assists with incident notifications, leads investigations, and prepares incident investigation reports. Recommends and implements improvements in processes, procedures, and work activities to minimize hazard potential.Participates in and may lead employee training, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance programs.Researches moderately complex issues and provides regulatory interpretation and technical advice.Provides support to ES&H field and office personnel, inclusive of all ES&H disciplines.
    Education and Experience Requirements:Requires a bachelor’s or master's degree (or international equivalent) related to environmental, safety, health or science-related discipline and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
    Required Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 required.Understanding of company's ESH Core Processes.Can perform root cause analysis as needed for incident investigations.Conducts Project Contractor Orientation.Leads and implements Project ESH Audits, monitoring completion of specified corrective actions Coaches Contractor Project and Safety Team on the company Processes and expectations.Knowledge of safety programs/engineering systems, principles, and methodologies.Knowledge of national safety laws/regulations and regulatory agencies’ regulatory requirements and responsibilities, industry standards/current practices for ES&H, and best management practices for minimizing potential ES&H risks during project execution.Knowledge of hazardous materials and physical risks and the mechanisms to mitigate them.Experience in ES&H assessments/inspection during construction.Experience in managing and/or providing technical oversight of ES&H subcontractors or consultants.

     Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary EHS representative for the project, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and contract requirements.Support the project management team with on-site safety inspections, reporting, and training coordination.Conduct and document daily safety inspections of the job site.Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety logs, incident reports, and OSHA recordkeeping (including injury/illness logs).Interface with regulatory agencies such as OSHA as needed.Provide ongoing safety training and toolbox talks to on-site personnel.Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.Collaborate closely with facility management and subcontractors to ensure alignment with EHS standards.
     Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of continuous experience in construction safety management.OSHA 510 is mandatory, preferred CHST.Strong background in large facility or data center builds.Report to and/or coordinate with the owner or client onsite HSE professional representative by communicating effectively.Exceptional communication - written & verbally.Current First Aid/CPR certification.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital safety platforms.Must be able to work independently and manage site safety with minimal supervision.U.S. Citizenship required.
