We are seeking a candidate to become a part of our team! We offer on-the-job training as well as virtual classroom training for certification opportunities. Our technicians provide carpet cleaning, carpet repairs, air quality assessments, as well as water and mold mitigation services to local multi-family communities. Pay raises will be provided based on successfully completing training and certification courses provided throughout your employment, always allowing for growth.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, enthusiastic, and motivated to make a quality difference for our clients and customers. The core responsibility for this role is to serve as a highly regarded member of our team for the duties of carpet cleaning, as well as restoration of property damaged by water, mold and other methods of damage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail and technical knowledge regarding roleProvide proficient performance in carpet cleaning, water restoration and mold remediation according to IICRC standards. (Training provided)Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely mannerIdentify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workersInventory and load vehicle with equipment, products, & supplies needed for each projectPrepare rooms/areas for job activities. Set up equipment for each project.Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearancePerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.Skill Set & Requirements:
