    WE ARE HIRING AN ASSOCIATE FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN IN VIRGINIA BEACH AREA!


    The Associate Field Service Technician will provide on-site support to our customers.  They perform client-site servicing activities required by First Line Supplies Management (FLSM) Service Solution contracts. As a customer-facing and technical related role, this position is a potential gateway for other roles into the traditional services organization. 

    Responsibilities:

    FLSM Service Solution Maintenance

    90%

    Within defined service times, responds to routed and scheduled calls to service customer locations to perform the following activities/services on Entrust’s equipment:Removal and secure destruction of spent material using custom ribbon/foil destruction tool and in accordance with established security protocolReplacement of system supplies and consumablesPerform the documented preventative maintenance (PM) processPerform systems tests to assure quality outputMaintains and manages –as instructed by management- required inventory of parts and supplies to perform activities/servicesReports activity in a timely mannerRequests and escalates for immediate support from manager in case difficulties arise in performance of activities or if during activity other potential technical issues outside of the scope of the role are identifiedFollow and adhere to established processes and proceduresThis role will drive to customer sites daily to provide service and maintenance as applicable. Significant mileage and time spent driving daily.

    WE ARE HIRING A 1st SHIFT FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN (ON-SITE) IN COLUMBUS, GA!

     

    Work Days: Wednesday - Sunday

     

    The Field Service Technician will provide support to our customers and deliver on all the services and offerings, Entrust contracts with our customers. They provide both preventative and emergency maintenance, and ensure the equipment at the customer sites is in proper working order. The Field Service Technician will perform the accountabilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.

     

    Total Rewards:

    Responsibilities:

    Electromechanical Emergency and Preventative Maintenance:

    · Perform high quality preventative and emergency maintenance services on Entrust equipment

    · Work with a high degree of autonomy with the ability to test, diagnose and resolve issues on systems that may include:

    o Mechanical embossers, thermal image application and laminating, magstripe and chip data writing, ultraviolet curing

    · Day-to-day repairs may consist of:

    o Cleaning rollers, sensors, cavities and such as required

    o Calibrating sensors, data read/write devices, application pressure, etc.

    o Evaluation/ replacement of parts for wear and misalignment (includes servo & stepper motors, spindles, clutches, belts, bearings, etc.)

    o Evaluation/ replacement of temperature/ proximity/ position sensors

    o Software adjustments for temperature, hardware positioning, etc.

    o Utilizing repair and service manuals to troubleshoot card printer systems

    o Utilizing test equipment such as voltmeter and laptop

    o Utilizing hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.

    · Maintain accurate and proper trunk inventory levels

    · Follow established processes for service activity reporting and call management

    · Accept, organize, and respond to service calls utilizing a dispatch system

    · Drive to customer sites daily to provide service and maintenance as applicable

     

    Customer Interaction:

    · Interact with customer operations staff

    · Be consistently reliable and timely in all aspects of the position, and display a positive attitude

    · Demonstrate customer relation skills that allow for independent resolution of most situations without management assistance

    · Work to continually improve customer relations

    · Adjusts to customer culture in communication, dress code, and compliance with their behavioral standards yet maintaining and modeling Entrust values

     

    Learning and Development:

    Position Overview: 


    The Import/Export Specialist is responsible for the international shipment management, document compliance, and accuracy for the company’s inbound into the United States. This role is knowledgeable in import compliance functions and works with import service providers to ensure speed and compliance of imported products for Entrust Corporation.

    The Import/Export Specialist will follow the company’s international trade compliance policies, global logistics policy, and quality initiatives in all activities. The position will perform the responsibilities detailed below and other duties and projects as assigned.



    Responsibilities:                                                                                  

    Ensure 100% compliance with all US import rules and regulations and Entrust’s global locations.Partners with Entrust import customs brokers to ensure timely, accurate and compliant import clearance.Responsible for the function of researching products for proper classifying and duty determination, assessing for ADD/CVD, auditing country of origin, valuation, and recordkeeping.Complete technology, hardware, and software trade classification, including Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS).Audits all aspects of import transactions, communicates findings, and builds corrective action plans.Consults with customer service, transportation, warehouse operations, freight forwarders, and couriers to ensure on-time and accurate import deliveries.        Complete Denied Party Screening with internal systems.Partner with external consultants on internal duty programs.Ensure compliance with government and corporate recordkeeping and retention guidelines.Processes the gathering, filing and retrieval of import documentation to ensure Entrust meets US Customs regulations and responds to general Govt inquiries, CF-28, CF-29, etc.Assists with any U.S. Customs inquiries and contributes to the development and implementation of compliance programs to meet import regulations imposed by U.S. Customs.Perform general tasks such as generating reoccurring reporting, training, system testing, etc.      Documents and updates process and procedure guidelines.Manage a diverse workload of import-related projects and tasks and adapt to shifting priorities on a day-to-day basis.Interface with cross functional groups to identify and rectify any information/process gaps during the import process.



    Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications

    Position Overview:

     

    WE ARE HIRING A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN IN OMAHA, NE!

     

    The Field Service Technician will provide support to our customers and deliver on all the services and offerings, Entrust contracts with our customers. They provide both preventative and emergency maintenance, and ensure the equipment at the customer sites is in proper working order. The Field Service Technician will perform the accountabilities detailed below and other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    Electromechanical Emergency and Preventative Maintenance:

    Perform high quality preventative and emergency maintenance services on Entrust equipmentWork with a high degree of autonomy with the ability to test, diagnose and resolve issues on systems that may include:Mechanical embossers, thermal image application and laminating, magstripe and chip data writing, ultraviolet curingDay-to-day repairs may consist of:Cleaning rollers, sensors, cavities and such as requiredCalibrating sensors, data read/write devices, application pressure, etc.Evaluation/ replacement of parts for wear and misalignment (includes servo & stepper motors, spindles, clutches, belts, bearings, etc.)Evaluation/ replacement of temperature/ proximity/ position sensorsSoftware adjustments for temperature, hardware positioning, etc.Utilizing repair and service manuals to troubleshoot card printer systemsUtilizing test equipment such as voltmeter and laptopUtilizing hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.Maintain accurate and proper trunk inventory levelsFollow established processes for service activity reporting and call managementAccept, organize, and respond to service calls utilizing a dispatch system

     

    Customer Interaction:

    Interact with customer operations staffBe consistently reliable and timely in all aspects of the position, and display a positive attitudeDemonstrate customer relation skills that allow for independent resolution of most situations without management assistanceWork to continually improve customer relationsAdjusts to customer culture in communication, dress code, and compliance with their behavioral standards yet maintaining and modeling Entrust valuesThis role is on-site at one of our customers supporting service maintenance. Occasional travel may be requried to support IFI work as need; this is not a primary driving role.

    Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications:

    High School Diploma/GED or equivalentMinimum of 2 year of electromechanical technician experienceProficient problem solving and troubleshooting skillsProficient with PC’s, current operating systems and relevant software applicationsFor relevant roles ability and willingness to drive to several customer sites daily to complete assigned customer workWillingness and ability to work flexible hours/shifts, assignments and travel when required, including temporary off-site short-term assignments in other locationsWillingness to be on-callAbility to lift up to 70 lbs and spend the majority of the shift bending, stooping, walkingOvertime is required as needed

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Associates degree in Electronics or related field or equivalent verifiable trainingAdditional electromechanical technician or field service experienceEntrust central issuanceAdvanced technical educationProficient in electro-mechanics, digital electronics and software required to maintain Entrust and 3rd party productsSkilled with tools and electronic test equipment

    Position Overview: As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will utilize your design and analytical skills to develop products from concept to production. The new product development team designs innovative products for the card personalization business. Your experience with embedded hardware design, embedded

    firmware development, prototyping, debugging, coordinating with vendors, and interfacing with manufacturing organizations will be key to success in this role.     Responsibilities:
