What You’ll Do
You’ll take full ownership of field execution across complex commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Project & Crew Leadership
Lead projects or scopes up to 200,000 man-hours
Supervise multiple foremen and up to 100 field employees
Drive productivity, accountability, and culture across the jobsite
Make hiring, staffing, and performance decisions for your team
Execution & Field Operations
Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project plans
Coordinate and install:
Conduit systems (EMT, GRC, IMC)
Cable tray and large cable pulls
Switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems
Fire alarm and control systems
Oversee layout, underground work, and equipment installation
Ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications
Safety & Quality
Enforce safety standards and lead weekly safety inspections
Maintain OSHA compliance and jobsite discipline
Own site security, cleanliness, and organization
Team Development
Train and mentor electricians, apprentices, and foremen
Set expectations and hold the line on performance
Build crews that can execute without constant oversight
What You Bring
10+ years in the electrical field
10+ years of supervisory experience leading crews in the field
Proven ability to run large-scale commercial or industrial jobs
Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices
Ability to lead through both authority and respect
OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)

Enterprise Solutions is looking for Electrical Construction Foremen responsible for both performing and supervising electrical construction duties in a commercial setting for multi-year healthcare projects in Miami, FL
Our Electrical Construction Foremen's broad responsibilities include: day-to-day supervision of other electricians, plan and lay-out daily installation activities, read and interpret drawings, coordinate and install conduit and cable tray, coordinate and set up large cable pulls, install switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, fire alarm and control systems. Our Electrical Construction Foremen report to our Superintendents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and perform commercial/industrial/institutional/healthcare electrical duties using independent judgment and discretion through experience and knowledgeProvide guidance, direction and mentoring to up to 8 electricians, apprentices, helpers, and/or laborersProficient with using a tablet and software such as Plangrid, Bluebeam, Navisworks, etcCapable of completing project specific paperwork such as foreman logs, performance evaluations, timecards, etc.Fully capable of laying out and planning of labor and material activities for electrical installationsExperience with and implementation of prefabrication assemblies and unitsUse discretion and independent judgment to assign work and/or significant duties to employeesDemonstrated competence in quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) and testing of installed componentsObserve functioning of installed equipment or systems to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacementContinuously keeps up with and applies the National Electric Code (NEC)Monitors and insures acceptable employee conduct through compliance with company policiesPhysical Demands:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform commercial/industrial electrical duties.Read and interpret blueprints.Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit. Must be proficient bending 90s, offsets and saddles in 1/2 - 4" EMT, GRC, and IMC.Possess working knowledge of operating procedures for large pipe bending equipment and wire pulling machines, and coordinate and set-up large cable pulls.Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components.Layout and install conduit systems, lighting systems, and basic control systems and feeders.Enforce a safe job-site and maintain compliance with Enterprise Solutions, OSHA and customer-specific safety standards.Support superintendent and foreman to ensure jobsite safety and security, while maintaining excellent customer relations.* EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
