What You’ll Do
1. Electrical Technical Leadership
Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, submittals, and project schedules.Identify constructability issues and coordination conflicts early.Collaborate with field leadership to ensure electrical systems are installed according to design intent and project requirements.Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical installation practices.2. Project Execution & Organization
Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, schedules, and closeout documentation.Track multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining clear project documentation.Maintain organized project records and ensure deadlines are met across the project lifecycle.Partner closely with superintendents to keep projects moving efficiently.3. Cost Control & Financial Management
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and committed costs.Monitor labor productivity and material spend against estimate benchmarks.Identify potential cost issues early and implement mitigation strategies.Maintain accurate forecasting and margin protection throughout the project.4. Change Order & Scope Management
Identify scope gaps and out-of-scope work.Document impacts and prepare change order pricing.Maintain proper notice and documentation to protect project entitlement.Ensure scope clarity between base contract work and additional work.5. Field Partnership & Team Leadership
Work closely with superintendents and foremen to support manpower planning and material coordination.Help remove roadblocks for field teams so work can progress safely and efficiently.Mentor Assistant Project Managers and help develop the next generation of project leaders.Promote a strong safety culture aligned with company standards.What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Do
You’ll take full ownership of field execution across complex commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Project & Crew Leadership
Lead projects or scopes up to 200,000 man-hours
Supervise multiple foremen and up to 100 field employees
Drive productivity, accountability, and culture across the jobsite
Make hiring, staffing, and performance decisions for your team
Execution & Field Operations
Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project plans
Coordinate and install:
Conduit systems (EMT, GRC, IMC)
Cable tray and large cable pulls
Switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems
Fire alarm and control systems
Oversee layout, underground work, and equipment installation
Ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications
Safety & Quality
Enforce safety standards and lead weekly safety inspections
Maintain OSHA compliance and jobsite discipline
Own site security, cleanliness, and organization
Team Development
Train and mentor electricians, apprentices, and foremen
Set expectations and hold the line on performance
Build crews that can execute without constant oversight
What You Bring
10+ years in the electrical field
10+ years of supervisory experience leading crews in the field
Proven ability to run large-scale commercial or industrial jobs
Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices
Ability to lead through both authority and respect
OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
