    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role

    ENSPIRE Consulting Group is seeking a collaborative and highly engaged Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a provider who values team-based, integrated care and wants to work closely with therapists to deliver comprehensive mental health services.

    In this position, you will go beyond traditional medication management by partnering with therapists to co-develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring a cohesive and holistic approach to client care.


    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management

    Diagnose mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans

    Collaborate with therapists to create and maintain comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans

    Participate in ongoing case consultations with therapists to discuss:

    Client progress and clinical presentation

    Therapeutic interventions and strategies

    Medication effectiveness and adjustments

    Provide psychiatric insight and recommendations to support therapeutic interventions

    Align medication management with therapy goals to ensure integrated care delivery

    Incorporate brief therapeutic support and psychoeducation into sessions as appropriate

    Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

    Stay current with best practices, research, and continuing education requirements

    Coordinate care and provide referrals to community resources when needed


    Qualifications

    Master’s degree or higher in Nursing

    Active PMHNP certification and licensure in good standing

    Minimum 1–2 years of psychiatric clinical experience (3+ years preferred)

    Experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populations

    Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills


    Requirements

    Ability to obtain and maintain CDS and DEA registration

    Active Professional Liability Insurance

    Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace

    Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care


    Work Environment

    Services provided primarily in-person in Flourtown and Philadelphia

    Initial client visits must be conducted onsite

    Opportunities for virtual follow-up sessions, as appropriate

    The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and/or group therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The Outpatient Therapist works collaboratively with clients, families, community partners, and interdisciplinary professionals to support positive outcomes and promote long-term wellness.

    Essential Responsibilities

    Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy servicesConduct comprehensive intake assessments and participate in treatment planningDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goalsMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including: progress notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, discharge summaries and intake assessmentsMonitor client progress and evaluate intervention effectivenessCollaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community egencies as appropriateParticipate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team discussionsMaintain compliance with all agency, state, and professional standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications

    Required:

    Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health fieldPennsylvania license or license eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skillsCommitment to providing culturally responsive and client-centered careRequired Clearances:
