Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution & Project Delivery
Support and lead site investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design, and implementation for soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion.Design and evaluate PFAS and emerging contaminant treatment approaches, including pilot studies and full-scale systems.Apply knowledge of contaminant fate and transport and hydrogeology to develop and optimize conceptual site models and remedial strategies.Perform data analysis, modeling, and interpretation to support project decisions.Prepare and review technical deliverables such as feasibility studies, remedial action plans, design documents, and cost estimates.Support system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.Contribute to the design and optimization of industrial wastewater treatment systems, including PFAS solutions.Evaluate treatment technologies (e.g., GAC, ion exchange, membranes, advanced oxidation).Support compliance strategies, permitting, water reuse/waste minimization, and other process treatment strategies to reduce O&M costs and project duration.Collaboration & Market Support
Partner with the PFAS Market Leader and senior staff to support growth initiatives.Collaborate across service lines and disciplines to develop integrated solutions for clients.Contribute to client engagement, proposal development, and identification of new opportunities.Participate in industry events and professional organizations to support market presence.Team & Project Support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality outcomes.Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior staff.Support project scope, schedule, and budget tracking.Ensure deliverables meet regulatory and quality standards.Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, Geology, or related field.12+ years of environmental consulting experience, including PFAS and emerging contaminants.Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred.Experience with PFAS site investigation, remediation, and regulatory processes.Experience supporting remediation and/or industrial wastewater treatment design.Knowledge of groundwater systems, hydrogeology, and contaminant transport.Strong communication and collaboration skills.40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.Ability to travel nationwide up to 25% of the time.What Success Looks Like

Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution & Project Delivery
Support and lead site investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design, and implementation for soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion.Design and evaluate PFAS and emerging contaminant treatment approaches, including pilot studies and full-scale systems.Apply knowledge of contaminant fate and transport and hydrogeology to develop and optimize conceptual site models and remedial strategies.Perform data analysis, modeling, and interpretation to support project decisions.Prepare and review technical deliverables such as feasibility studies, remedial action plans, design documents, and cost estimates.Support system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.Contribute to the design and optimization of industrial wastewater treatment systems, including PFAS solutions.Evaluate treatment technologies (e.g., GAC, ion exchange, membranes, advanced oxidation).Support compliance strategies, permitting, water reuse/waste minimization, and other process treatment strategies to reduce O&M costs and project duration.Collaboration & Market Support
Partner with the PFAS Market Leader and senior staff to support growth initiatives.Collaborate across service lines and disciplines to develop integrated solutions for clients.Contribute to client engagement, proposal development, and identification of new opportunities.Participate in industry events and professional organizations to support market presence.Team & Project Support
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality outcomes.Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior staff.Support project scope, schedule, and budget tracking.Ensure deliverables meet regulatory and quality standards.Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, Geology, or related field.12+ years of environmental consulting experience, including PFAS and emerging contaminants.Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred.Experience with PFAS site investigation, remediation, and regulatory processes.Experience supporting remediation and/or industrial wastewater treatment design.Knowledge of groundwater systems, hydrogeology, and contaminant transport.Strong communication and collaboration skills.40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.Ability to travel nationwide up to 25% of the time.What Success Looks Like
