Job Title : Territory Operations Analyst Reports To : Manager, Field Inventory Location: Houston Plant Business Unit Description : Foot and Ankle High-Level Position Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Territory Operations Analyst to join our team. The Territory Operations Analyst, in collaboration with Field Operations leadership, will develop and communicate logistics solutions for operations and field inventory while supporting distribution channels including finished goods, Loaner Services, Returns and Reverse Logistics, Field Audit Services and Field Logistics Services. This role aims to ensure strong distribution channels that align with the department's strategic goals and support Enovis's mission. This role involves analyzing operational strategies and optimizing field inventory processes at the corporate, regional, and agency levels. The Territory Operations Analyst will act as a primary operational liaison between US agency operations to enhance sales efficiency, improve operational processes, and maximize asset utilization with a high degree of focus of the launch, navigation, distribution and reassignment of company assets. Success will be measured through key performance indicators, including service level metrics, inventory turnover, management of expired lots, loaner usage compliance, asset utilization, and overall cost of field operations, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels to support sales growth and order fulfillment.
