    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Position Summary: As a Senior Engineer at ENGEO, you will collaborate with peers and technical leaders on a diverse array of challenging and globally recognized projects. Your role involves upholding the company's values while providing support and mentorship to junior staff. You will manage complex and geotechnically challenging projects, fostering relationships with clients, teaming partners, and ENGEO's exceptional worldwide staff. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building and expanding business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of ENGEO.
    Primary ResponsibilitiesSet an example for behaviors including exceptional client service, timeliness of project delivery, professionalism, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging circumstances. Lead and manage complex projects with limited oversight. Be a resource for professional advice, technical mentoring, and training support for more junior staff from initial design scoping through construction completion. Develop professional relationships with engineers, geologists, and support staff in and outside of the Guam office. Represent ENGEO with clients, teaming partners, and industry organizations. Engage proactively in business development. Look for efficiencies and methods to improve internal processes. Perform other duties as required.     Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport field activities including exploratory logging, observation of deep foundation construction, shoring, grading operations, and other geotechnically relevant construction. Complete field, analytical, and project administrative tasks with direction and support from peers and leadership. Design earth-retaining structures, slope stabilization, remedial grading, landslide mitigation, and foundations. Perform settlement analyses, liquefaction analyses, and seismic evaluations. Develop geotechnical recommendations, plans, and specifications for the construction of private and public projects. Perform site-specific seismic hazard and ground-response analysis. Perform numerical modeling using finite-element methods as implemented in PLAXIS. Learn increasingly more complex, non-routine tasks with review and oversight from senior staff. We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Lab Technician with 3 or more years of related work experience.
    Position Overview: Perform soil and concrete laboratory tests, such as compaction curves, moisture/density, Plasticity Index, gradation, CBR, Marshall, unconfined compression, and concrete/masonry compression testing.
