  The Information Systems Security Officer establishes and maintains the Authorization to Operate (ATO), in accordance with risk management framework (RMF) guidelines and RMF directives. A Top Secret Clearance with SCI is required for this position.

  
  

  This position is contingent upon contract award.

  
  

  Provide cybersecurity support servicesUse the RMF process to identify, analyze, and oversee riskDevelop Body of Evidence documentsDevelop, implement, assess, manage, and monitor security controlsSchedule and complete quarterly destruction of mediaServe as cybersecurity consultants for techniciansSupport other cybersecurity efforts as required

  Possess a minimum of an Associate of Science Degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity. Must have, and maintain, required Information Technology or Cybersecurity education, training, or certifications IAW DoDM 8140.03 and current Government directives, regulations, and policies for the role, or labor category, it is fulfilling (reference DFARS 252.239-7001). Additionally, must possess Intermediate Level Cybersecurity Work Role experience and have a minimum of four years of experience working RMF requirements and providing cybersecurity services.

  The Cybersecurity Specialist provides Information Systems Security Officer support maintaining an Authorization to Operate (ATO) and maintaining the ATO. Also, serving as an advisor to the Information System Security Manager on operational security. Top Secret Clearance with SCI REQUIRED for this position.

  Provide cybersecurity support for building an RMF package to support ATO.Advise, conduct, and document risk assessmentsManage and document projects and cybersecurity documentationAdvise and guide customers in the implementation of security controlsIntegrate and implement computer system security solutionsSupport other cybersecurity efforts as required
