Assist Dealers with framing take-offs and estimates.
Quote projects.
Assist with organizing and creating EPS Dealer information packets.
Coordination of building orders, delivery and general service.
Understand and observe all applicable corporate safety policies and procedures.Key Skillsets:
Knowledge of AutoCAD or related CAD drafting software is helpful, not required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point.
Knowledge of general construction practices/procedures and code requirements.
Ability to read construction drawings, specifications and special estimating as needed.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to travel to job sites if needed.
Education requirements:
Minimum 2-year Technical school or a degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience with framing and construction of homes is preferred.
Experience with estimating wood frame, new residential construction is preferred

The Delivery Truck Driver is responsible for moving freight to and from EPS's facility to designated locations for safe and timely delivery.
CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor truck for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after each trip and record on ELD.Inspect freight to verify that it is loaded correctly and is safely secured onto or in a trailer.Review shipping documents to determine the nature of the load and verify for accuracy.Install and remove tire chains as dictated by weather conditions.Transport and deliver building materials and components to applicable locations by: applying knowledge of commercial driving and transport regulations, maneuvering vehicle at varying speeds in difficult situations such as heavy traffic and inclement weather, going forward and backing up long distances, maneuvering around tight corners and in and around tight or narrow areas.Must acquire knowledge of and adhere to EPS's DOT Driver Safety Policy.Must comply with all local, state and federal regulations for the safe operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle.Promptly report highway safety hazards noted in route.Promptly report any delays due to breakdowns, weather, traffic conditions or any irregularities relating to pickup or delivery.Promptly report all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company equipment as soon as safely possible.CDL Class A Delivery Truck Driver Benefits Package:
