    Summary

    Assembler I is responsible for fabricating component parts to customer specifications.  Fabrication can include cutting raw materials, mechanically assembling components and/or finishing product.   Works under immediate supervision; relies on specific direction and instructions.

     

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    Ability to use and read a tape measure to the 32nd.Read blueprint drawings to identify measurements required for products and set up jigs to the correct measurements for assembly.Able to identify different types of raw materials, secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.Completes work area set up.Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions or proper jig set-ups and in accordance with quality standards.Operates hand tools as required for operation.  Stack, package, and band completed products in accordance with established procedures, and create proper identification of materials and products.Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate.Completes any pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist as required and reports any problems or concerns to supervisor.Maintains production records as required.Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards.Wears proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.Participates in safety, continuous improvement and other programs and meetings, as requested.Always conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner with all employees.Make a conscientious commitment to come to work every day and be on time.Assist other departments and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Education and/or Experience

    High school diploma and equivalent work experience within a manufacturing environment.Ability to follow direction and basic knowledge and understanding of blueprints. Ability to stand for a full shift and able to lift at least 50 pounds.Requires a basic knowledge of power hand tools and ability to read a tape measure.  Must be at least 18 years of age.

    Job DescriptionJob Description

    Endurable Building Products is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive successful execution of multifamily construction projects involving aluminum balconies, railing and architectural products. This role is primarily onsite at our Brooklyn Center, MN facility.

    This position operates at the intersection of sales, structural engineering, and manufacturing operations, requiring daily coordination, prioritization, and problem-solving across multiple active projects and functional areas. The Lead Project Manager leads the project management and field teams while also directly managing projects from architectural design concept through product field installation. This role is critical to ensure all projects are executed to meet structural engineering requirements, customer submittal approvals, milestones are met and ensure product integrity while giving customers high-quality experience, and making sure project status is actively communicated throughout the organization.


    Principal Duties and responsibilities


    Team Leadership & Oversight

    Lead, support, and develop a team of 5 Project Managers and field management resourcesSet clear priorities, balance workload, and ensure consistent execution across projectsProvide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development through 1:1s and reviewsEnsure consistent standards, accountability, and performance across the PM teamManage and provide performance metrics and administrative tools for tracking project milestones and profitability.Manage and maintain 3rd party structural engineering relationships

    Project Execution

    Oversee projects from design and engineering through fabrication and installationReview construction drawings and engineering calculations, develop take-offs, manage submittals, and ensure timely approvals and release to fabricationCoordinate and manage change orders in alignment with company standardsMaintain accurate job documentation and files.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    Partner with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and executionFacilitate effective communication with general contractors and clientsDrive alignment between PM, CAD, and Operations teams to improve handoffs and reduce rework

    Operational & Financial Performance

    Monitor project timelines, costs, and revenue projectionsCoordinate billing with Accounts Receivable based on project progressIdentify risks early and develop solutions to address delays, production issues, and schedule recovery

    Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

    Address field and site issues in collaboration with Field ManagersIdentify inefficiencies in project workflows and implement process improvementsStandardize best practices to improve team efficiency and execution


    Qualifications

    Experience & Knowledge

    Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience5+ years of commercial multifamily construction project management experience preferredStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and documentationStrong mechanical ability and understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical fastenersStrong attention to detailsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook)

    Skills & Abilities

    Strong leadership and communication skills across all levelsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesFinancial acumen and ability to analyze project performanceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsContinuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and process optimization


    Salary Pay Range: $100,000 - 120,000 annually (dependent on experience*) *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
