The Power is On and we keep it on. What you'll do… We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and driven Assembly technician to add to our manufacturing team. One must be able to work independently or with the team to accomplish mechanical and electrical assembly of customer generators while handling products with care to deliver quality workmanship. The candidate would also be required to perform repairs and troubleshooting on the engines for all issues related. You'll make an impact by: * Being proficient utilizing a variety of hand tools such as mechanical, pneumatic and manual types. * Performing periodic inspections to identify manufacturing needs. * Performing skilled assembly of Enchanted Rocks Gen sets. * Being proficient at learning and utilizing manufacturer specific software to troubleshoot and diagnose engine and control system problems. * Facilitating all written instructions as directed by work order, engineered drawings or customer specifications. * Performing scheduled, preventive, or predictive generator maintenance tasks. * Performing troubleshooting and repair tasks. * Working in potentially confined areas. * Following company process and procedures for verbal/written communications. * Ensuring Safe Operation of electrical equipment by enforcing company and industry standards. * Following company process and procedures for verbal/written communications. * Being familiar with or willing to learn and utilize current technology for communication, documentation, and research used by Enchanted Rock. Requirements You'll sweep us off our feet if you: * Have mechanical or assembly experience and/or ASE certification. * Have experience working with computer aided emissions testing programs. * Have the ability to quickly troubleshoot and repair portable emissions analyzers. * Have the ability to troubleshoot emissions related issues on internal combustion engines. * Have knowledge of the TCEQ requirements with regards to chapter 117 rules. What you'll need: * A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as Mechanical Technician. * Ability to lead, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineered drawings, specifications and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble, manufacture equipment, and calibrate our products. * Ability to follow all job specific or shop instructions (can be verbal or written). * Ability to read and use measuring devices such as micrometers, scales, pressure gauges, torque wrenches, measuring tapes, electric meters (volts, ohms, amps) etc. * Attention to Detail- Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attention to detail. * Ability to identify production issues or errors and troubleshoot and make corrections or repairs to parts as needed. * Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines. * Must be able to be on your feet for multiple hours a day. * Lifting Ability: Occasional need to lift 50 lbs. safely. * Level Reaching Ability: Constant need to extend hands and arms in any direction. * Integrity: Work efficiently and effectively with or without supervision.     What you'll do...

    The Quality Inspector will be a member of the Quality Team, reporting to the Quality Manager in Manufacturing. This position will be responsible for ensuring that incoming material, parts, components, and final product meet all designated quality specifications. The Quality Inspector will also coordinate product acceptance, reporting of inspection results and production/test data, while working with the Manager Manufacturing and the Quality Manager to drive production quality and continuous improvement.

    This position supports our 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM), so we're looking for candidates who are comfortable working these hours.

    Key responsibilities:
    Inspecting and approving incoming materials, parts, and components by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.Inspecting in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.Approving finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.Documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality database.Keeping measurement and testing equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling for repairs.Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.Providing user feedback to the development teams on product quality and defects.

    What you'll do...

    We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented, driven, and resourceful electrical engineer to assume Design Engineering responsibilities for multiple (microgrid reliability as a service) Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of performing project and electrical engineering work - mechanical engineering experience is a plus. The position will report to the Director of Microgrid Engineering and will work a hybrid schedule based out of our headquarters in downtown Houston, TX.

    You'll make an impact by:

    Perform the following under supervision of Project Lead Engineer:

    Project Engineering Coordination:

    • Coordinate technical aspects of the project.

    • Coordinate with electric utility companies for distributed generation service request and commissioning for the assigned projects.

    • Coordinate with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and other disciplines in support of project completion.

    • Assist the Project team in meeting project goals including, but not limited to schedule, budget, safety, and overall quality.

    • Assist / guide Designers and junior Engineers in technical aspects of their work.

    • Identify, analyze, and manage technical risk on projects under direction of the Project Manager.

    • Provide engineering support, as needed, during the sales phase of the projects.

    • Conduct condition assessments of existing electrical systems.

    • Conduct site visits as necessary.

    Project Design Packages and Applications:

    • Prepare, check and review detailed point-to-point project design packages for scope, completeness, constructability and quality.

    • Ability to create Project Design Packages including but not limited to one-line & layout drawings, electrical schematics, bills of material, and procedures (in accordance with applicable codes) with minimal supervision.

    • Create/Review equipment and material (i.e. switchgear, transformers, wire/cables, etc.) technical specifications for procurement and ensure they meet/exceed compliance with all project requirements and applicable codes.

    • Prepare Interconnect applications.

    • Supervise, review, and approve the work of third-party engineers and designers.

    • Create and maintain project specific documentation prior to, during, and following completion of the projects.

    • Create as-built design drawings.

    Power System Studies:

    • Demonstrate the ability to do AutoCAD drawings and Power System modeling on ETAP.

    • Perform Load Flow, Short Circuit, Protection Coordination and Arc Flash studies.

    • Create relay protection setting .rdb files

    Requirements

    You'll sweep us off your feet if you:

    • Good theoretical background of MV & LV electrical power distribution, MV & LV Switchgear, Transformers, power generators, grounding systems, cable installation, and power systems studies.

    • Demonstrate a good understanding of NEC, ANSI/NEMA and IEEE standards for the above.

    • Power, Controls, and Utility systems experience.

    • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point) & various pdf editing/mark up software.

    • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.

    • Effective written and oral communications.

    • Additional responsibilities may be added at the direction of Company's management.

    • Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with other areas to achieve goals and objectives.
