What We're Looking For 1+ year call center or office customer service experienceStrong communication, multitasking, and problem solving skillsComfortable working in a structured call center settingProficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and general PC navigationHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalismBonus: Bilingual English/Spanish, insurance/workers' comp knowledge, experience with cloud-based ACD/CRM or Five9
