    The Seasonal Warehouse Team Member supports daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment during peak business periods. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, safe material handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse to ensure efficient flow of goods.

    Key Responsibilities

    Order Processing & Fulfillment

    Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.Use hand-held scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status.Verify product codes, quantities, and shipping information.
    Receiving & Stocking

    Assist with unloading incoming shipments.Inspect, sort, and stock products in designated locations.Report discrepancies or damaged goods to leadership.
    Warehouse Operations

    Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.Palletize, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.Follow safety protocols for equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
    Team Support

    Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.Adjust tasks based on operational needs during peak times.
    Qualifications

    Required

    Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly.Comfort working on your feet for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.Willingness to work flexible or extended hours during busy seasons.
    Preferred

    Previous warehouse or distribution experience.Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.Forklift certification is a plus.
    Work Environment & Schedule

    Fast-paced warehouse setting with moderate to heavy physical activity.Seasonal employment typically ranges from 8-16 weeks, depending on business demand.Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
