  Position Overview
  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving, patient-centered dermatology practice with multiple locations across the Philadelphia area. This role offers an excellent work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a strong support team of experienced dermatology providers.
  
  Compensation & Benefits
  Base Salary: $120,000 annually plus % of collectionsHealthcare after 90 days
  Malpractice paid
  License/DEA/CDS reimbursement after 90 days
  401K with matching percentages after 1 year (sign in dates Jan/July)
  PTO & CME days (based on how many days a week you work)
  $1,500 continuing education reimbursement (travel, seminars, etc.)
  $500 for dues in professional associations
