    Responsibilities

    Diagnose and treat emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needsEducate patients on treatment options and oral health best practicesPerform dental procedures in accordance with accepted standards of careMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experienceEnsure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable state and federal regulationsUphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care

    Qualifications

    Education

    DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school

    Licensure & Certifications

    Active Ohio dental licenseCurrent BLS/CPR certificationDEA registration

    Skills & Experience

    Strong clinical and diagnostic abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to ethical, patient-first careExperience with endodontic procedures preferredExperience with surgical extractions preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
