We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NYC Licensed DOB Site Safety Coordinator to ensure a safe and compliant work environment on residential construction sites. The successful candidate will oversee safety protocols within a large team, conducting regular inspections and training to uphold rigorous safety standards in accordance with local and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans and protocols for residential projects.Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate hazards.Coordinate and lead monthly safety training sessions for all site personnel.Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.Ensure compliance with NYC DOB safety regulations, OSHA standards, and other relevant laws.Maintain accurate safety records and documentation to support regulatory requirements.Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and workers to promote a culture of safety across a team of 10+ members.
Preferred Qualifications
