APP GYN Oncology 24-Hour Shifts
A hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide 24-hour coverage supporting its GYN Oncology service.
Role Overview:
7a 5p onsite (1 hr unpaid lunch) + 5p 7a night call
10 shifts/month
Inpatient, clinic, and ED consults
Duties include rounding, pelvic exams, assisting in surgery, and triaging ED/problem visits
Surgical first assist on GYN oncology procedures
Must be comfortable with floor calls and managing in-basket
Requirements:
GYN experience required
Surgical and oncology experience preferred
Willing to take night call and complete full 24-hour shifts
Must be willing to work across all job functions outlined
Familiarity with EMR training and workflow expectations
Clean background required

EMR: Epic
Trauma Level III setting
Adult and geriatric population
Support staff includes RN and LPN
Local or drive-in candidates preferred
