    As a PROJECT MANAGER, your primary objective will be to lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SUCCESS FACTORS

    Proven Track Record: 7+ years of experience in project management with multifamily or wood frame construction projects. Market Experience: We are seeking a candidate with Tennessee construction experience who understands the local market, subcontractor network, permitting processes, and regional building practices. Technical Expertise: Your proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite enables you to navigate projects with agility and precision. Project Work: Must demonstrate an exemplary history of consistently completing projects on schedule and fostering collaborative efforts with project superintendents and company leadership to achieve shared company goals.

    EDUCATION

    A bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.

    Team Embrey is looking for an ESTIMATOR to support our construction estimating team.

    As an ESTIMATOR, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Estimator with analyzing drawings and providing well organized and detailed quality take-offs and bid tabs.

    Responsibilities

    Maintain an understanding of the scope for specific trades assigned.Produce accurate quantity take-offs. Create bid tabs to ensure project specific scope is accounted for.Produce Qualifications & Exclusions list for all trades assigned. Prepare bid documents for upload, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensure that EMBREY has the proper coverage from subcontractors on bid day and maintains a call list for all assigned trades.Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and subcontractors for each market.Assist in maintaining all project estimate files in their proper format and location.Ensure estimates are being produced using the correct plans and information.Identify and prepare thorough documentation to include within a Corrections & Clarifications list.Identify scope items that could lead to problems and present solutions for resolving any gaps or overlaps with other members of the estimating team.Build project bid books complete with bid tabs and subcontractor proposals.

    Qualifications

    1 - 5 years of experience in multifamily construction estimatingExperience utilizing SmartBid, Microsoft Suite, On Screen Take Off, Destini, and Bluebeam Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related fieldValid Driver’s License

    Required Testing

    As a PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT, you will be responsible for the success, timeliness, and quality completion of assigned construction projects by leading the project team and ensuring that all construction operations are conducted safely while maintaining quality standards on the project.
