    The Team Member plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service throughout the theater. This position supports all areas of theater operations, including guest service, concessions, auditorium and facility cleanliness, and food preparation.      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions so guests feel welcomed and well informed about the products.Provide outstanding customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure all guests enjoy their Emagine experience.  Identify and recommend additional concession and seating options to enhance the overall movie entertainment experience for our guests. Promote our rewards program to every guest to enhance their Emagine experience.Accurately process and disburse cash and credit card transactions to ensure a quick and efficient payment processing experience.  Monitor theater environment and enforce Emagine’s Code of Conduct so guests enjoy a relaxing, safe and enjoyable entertainment experience.  Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality to ensure guests are served quality products that enhance their Emagine experience.Utilize and maintain kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens and fryers while following proper safety measures.Monitor and maintain restrooms, lobby, and theatres to ensure a comfortable and clean experience for all patrons. Other duties as assigned.

    The Crew Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the management team in the daily operations of the theater. The duties of a Supervisor include shift management, training employees, handling guest complaints, shift deposits, and completing nightly closing paperwork and duties. This position carries building keys and may be responsible for opening and closing the building.
     
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Assist in overseeing theater operations.Assists in opening and closing the building, completing nightly paperwork, and preparing shift deposits. Supervise, train, and motivate Team Members in all departments.Assign tasks and responsibilities to Team Members and provide follow up to ensure an efficient operation. Assist the management team in monitoring breaks and other minor restrictions per applicable State Law to ensure compliance.Assist with projection duties to ensure high standards of movie presentation.Maintain high quality of products, guest service, picture presentation, and guest safety. Assist with HR duties such as interviewing, new hire orientation, performance reviews and employee discipline. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.Engage in guest recovery situations, and act as a resource for questions, comments, or concerns for all guests. Manage inventory of concession items, ensuring adequate stock levels for business needs.Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Assist in the maintenance of proper emergencies, safety, and security procedures. Assist with theater Areas of Responsibility (AOR’s) including HR, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Projection, Facilities, to contribute to the overall operation and success of the theater. Other duties as assigned
