Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)This role is responsible for operating rotational molding equipment to produce high-quality molded products while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor roto molding machinesLoad raw materials into molds and ensure proper cycle timesInspect finished products for quality and consistencyTrim, assemble, and finish molded parts as neededFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork collaboratively with team members and supervisorsRoto Mold Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or roto molding experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and qualityDependable with good attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
