Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Early Childhood EducationMinimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare centerStrong organizational skillsThe ability to collaborate and build strong partnershipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer and technology skillsEffective and efficient time managementMeet state licensing requirements for education and experienceFirst Aid/CPR training will be providedResponsibilities:
● Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment
Implement Reggio Emilia philosophies and Project ApproachUtilize curricular resources● Maintain regular parent/guardian communication
● Follow all safety and health guidelines
● Support organizational mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies
● Communicate with your colleagues through collaboration and curricular planning.
Employ developmentally appropriate classroom management techniquesEngage in respectful communication with students, families, and colleaguesIntegrate technology to enhance learning within the classroom.Document educational experiences and display children's work in a manner that highlights student learningDemonstrate professionalism in conduct, appearance, and practiceOther duties as assignedPhysical Demands:
