YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN
This is a full-time position with our electrical team, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or until daily tasks are completed. We offer consistent, year-round work with no seasonal slowdowns.
In this position, you'll start your day from home, heading directly to customer locations in your company-provided truck. You'll troubleshoot electrical issues, perform installations and repairs, and provide expert advice on upgrades and energy-efficient solutions. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, offer transparent pricing, and ensure every job meets the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll leave each workspace cleaner than you found it and each customer more confident in their home. You'll also collaborate with your team, stay current on industry trends, and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.

As our Electrician Apprentice, your day starts with gearing up and heading to job sites across San Antonio. You'll assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance - from navigating crawl spaces to wiring panels. You'll lift, climb, crawl, and problem-solve, all while learning the trade hands-on. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
