Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or office environment. Has experience in the insurance industry.Must be experienced with quoting and selling homeowner's & auto insurance.20-44 or 4-40 license required.Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to customer service operations.Experience with cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.Join our team and help us deliver outstanding service!
